A San Antonio health coach and chef helping you
cook at home,
feed your family,
and actually sit down together.

It All Starts at the Table.

For anyone who doesn't know what to cook tonight, is worn out by picky eaters, or is stuck making the same five dinners on repeat.

I'm a San Antonio health coach with 15 years of cooking in real families' kitchens. I'll help you with simple meal planning, easy home cooking, and a kitchen set up for your actual routine, so you can get back to the table.

The Heart of The Table

I'm Catherine Richey, a private chef, a health and life coach, and a former teacher. For fifteen years I've cooked in other people's kitchens four and five days a week. I've seen what's really in the pantry, what gets eaten, what comes back untouched, and how much easier dinner gets when the plan fits the people.

What I've learned is that nourishment is never only about food. It's also about the space you cook in, the routines that carry you through a busy week, and whether anyone actually sits down together at the end of the day. Some of my favorite meals have been in Europe, where no one rushes from the table. I think we can bring a little of that home.

My father's experience with dementia deepened my commitment to seeing the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. That led me to become a certified health and life coach, complete GLP-1 training, and study nutrition and healthspan through Harvard Medical School Executive Education. Everything I studied pointed back to the same place: what we eat matters, and so does who we eat with.

Today I help people make their kitchens, routines, and tables work for real life. That might mean clearing off the kitchen table so it can be used for dinner again. It might mean prepping a few simple components so everyone can build a plate that fits their tastes and needs. It might mean inviting a friend over for soup and bread without worrying that it isn't fancy enough.

It doesn't need to be perfect. It needs to be doable, and it needs to bring people together.

There's a seat at my table for you.

At Catherine's Table

Small gatherings and hands-on workshops in my San Antonio kitchen. We cook something simple, sit down together, and talk about what makes feeding yourself and your people a little easier.

One-on-One Coaching

Personal coaching for the everyday things that get in the way of eating well: what to cook, how to plan the week, how to feed people with different needs, and how to set up your kitchen for your real routine. Whether you're feeding athletes, picky eaters, or yourself on smaller GLP-1 portions, we'll build a plan that fits your life.

Join Me At The Table

Throughout the year, I host small gatherings and hands-on cooking workshops in my kitchen. We'll share a simple, thoughtfully prepared meal, learn something you can use at home that week, and spend real time talking to each other, with phones put away.

Seating is limited to eight so everyone has a place in the conversation.
