Real food for real life.
Family Dinner Recipes I Actually Cook
These are the family dinner recipes I cook for my family, my private chef clients, and myself. They're built for real schedules and real home kitchens, for people who want to eat well without making dinner another full-time job.
No life stories here. Just the recipe.
If you'd like the stories, you'll find them on my Stories page.

The Recipe Box
Many recipes are written in components, so everyone at your table can build a plate that works for them.
About the Photos:
Every photo here was taken in my kitchen, or in a client's kitchen, on a real day, with my i-phone, usually a minute or two before we sat down to eat or just before I closed up the containers to stick them in the fridge to complete my meal prep for clients.
No stylist, no special lighting, no second take while the food got cold.
That's on purpose.
I've spent more than fifteen years as a private chef, and I know how to make a plate look beautiful.
That's not what I'm teaching here.
I'm teaching you how to get real food with real nutrients on the table on a busy day, so you have time left over for what matters: sitting down together.
