At Catherine's Table
Small Gatherings and Hands-On Cooking Classes in San Antonio
Some of the best things I know about feeding people, I didn't learn in a classroom. I learned them standing in real kitchens and sitting around real tables. These gatherings are where I share them.
Around my table, up to eight guests come together to cook something simple, share a meal, and talk about what makes everyday life a little easier: getting dinner on the table on a busy night, feeding people with different needs, using what's already in your fridge, and making room to sit down together.
Some evenings are hands-on cooking classes, where you'll practice a few essential skills and leave with recipes you'll actually make. Others are dinners built around one practical topic, from building a better plate to setting up your kitchen so cooking at home feels easier.
No one is selling anything. No wellness trends to chase. No pressure to be perfect.
Just real food.
Real conversation.
Real connection.
Everyone is welcome at this table, whether you cook for a family of five or just for yourself.
I host gatherings and cooking classes in San Antonio throughout the year, right in my home.
Dates are announced on my Facebook page.

What Happens at the Table
You Arrive
Take off your shoes, pour a glass of something good, and settle in. This isn't a restaurant or a classroom. It's my home.
We Cook Something
Depending on the evening, you'll watch, help, or get your hands right in it. Simple food, real techniques, and tips you can use that same week.
We Sit Down Together
We share the meal family-style, with phones put away, and let the conversation happen naturally around the table.
You Leave With Something
A recipe, a skill, or one clear idea to try at home.
Sometimes all three.
